Your Legal Right to Change Your Mind
We are unable to offer refunds on intimate items such as tampons, sanitary pads and panty liners once they have been unsealed due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
You have the legal right to change your mind about most of our products purchased online and receive a refund, subject to certain conditions detailed below.
You may inspect the products in the same way you would in a physical store.
You have 14 days to change your mind after purchasing any secondary products online. This does not include products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, such as tampons, sanitary pads, and panty liners, once they have been unsealed.
If you decide to change your mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You cannot change your mind for product hygiene reasons, such as tampons, sanitary pads, condoms, panty liners, or underwear, once they have been unsealed.
The Deadline for Changing Your Mind
If you wish to change your mind about a product, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
For products that involve regular deliveries (e.g., a monthly subscription), you can change your mind within 14 days of the first delivery.
If your purchase involves several deliveries, the 14-day period begins after the last delivery.

Returning the Product
You must return the product (and any free gifts that came with it) within 14 days of notifying us that you’ve changed your mind.
Returns are at your own expense unless we offered free returns when you purchased the product.
You can: Send the product back to us using a reliable delivery service. Be sure to keep a receipt or other evidence of shipment, as we won’t be able to process a refund if we do not receive the goods. For help with returns, contact our Customer Service Team via contact us page.
